Curried cabbage....one of my all time favourite recipes.

Without a doubt this is a tremendous recipe. There are no set quantities. Once you start cooking this dish you will adapt it to your tastes. I simply slice one onion and fry it up with a couple of rashers of roughly chopped bacon. Toss into the pan some thinly sliced cabbage. Add a knob of butter and some curry powder to taste and gently fry up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
